What do I know about LIghtroom anyway?

This coming Tuesday, the 22nd of October, I’ll be giving a talk on how I use Adobe Lightroom to members of the Digital Group of the Richmond and Twickenham Photographic Society. It starts at 7:30pm at the MWB, opposite Richmond train station and costs £1.

I was originally scheduled to present in November, but a calendar hole opened up beneath my feet and I’ve volunteered to do it a month early. Yeah. Volunteered. Right.

Half the evening will be this presentation, with accompanying videos. The other half will be me actually doing – taking a few photographs, importing them into Lightroom, developing them and exporting them in a format suitable for a digital image competition.

I know there are a few members who don’t understand the product and would like to. There are probably quite a few who understand it better than I ever will.

Yes, trial by fire and trial by drowning on the same eve. Come and witness my acute embarrassment. That must be worth a quid.
